In 2021, she became a Registered Nurse at Queensland Health, delivering person-centred care, conducting nursing assessments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes. Recognized for her leadership, she was seconded as a Clinical Nurse and Nurse Unit Manager, leading clinical teams and managing complex issues. Currently, as a Clinical Nurse Consultant at Queensland Health, Aggy provides advanced expertise in safety and quality systems, advises on evidence-based practices, and contributes to policy development, significantly improving clinical practices and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

As the Director of Public Relations and Managing Partner at Tailwind Systems, Aggy oversees public relations strategies, fosters client and stakeholder relationships, and manages the firm’s reputation. Her extensive experience in customer service management, has sharpened her communication and leadership skills, allowing her to effectively promote Tailwind Systems’ services and maintain strong client relationships.
